In July 2010 our database contains 2,414 apartments. The AIM system automatically filters out the apartments that don't work with locators on each search, but you can manually include them with a simple check box.The Current Scenario: The last couple of years has changed the way locators must search for apartments. Consider how many apartments offer free rent, how many new apartments have opened and the increase in clients that need to move into an apartment after a foreclosure. Other locating software products require a locator to search for a property that fits client criteria and then make numerous time consuming phone calls to find out if they have a unit type available.
